Your right to cancel an order for goods: under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended), UK consumers have the right to a 7-day cooling off period. You may return goods at your expense and risk in unused, completely ‘as new’ and re-saleable condition within 7 (seven) working days starting the day after delivery and obtain a refund of the purchase price paid. This right to cancel does not apply to DVDs, software, unwrapped sheet music (including books), perishable items nor to custom-made goods or special orders. None of the aforementioned affects your legal rights as a consumer under other legislation.
If you wish to return goods, please contact us straight away. You must take good care of the goods and you are responsible for the cost of returns postage. Refunds are made in the same manner that payment was originally made. Any costs that we have to incur in recovering goods from you will be deducted from any sum refunded.
We accept payment online by Debit Card, Visa or Mastercard. Goods will not be dispatched until payments have cleared.
